Special Feature

Store Management

The stores and purchase department is the most important area in a restaurant or a hotel. From our experience, this area is neglected and unprofessionally managed in most cases. This leads to many operational issues such as high wastage, over/under ordering, ordering poor quality of raw materials etc. thus affecting bottom line and the brand. Due to rising costs of raw materials, it is imperative that you manage your Stores profitably.

Our team with an operational experience of more than 70 years put together will streamline your entire purchase department. We have developed systems and processes to address the same. Our team will train your store manager/ store keeper on all critical areas of Store Management. With the tools that we have developed and the training we impart, your stores will be a place which will be professionally managed & profitable.

Healthy Bites

Whole grain cereals (rotis, brown bread, brown rice, ragi, jowar) have a coarser texture and higher fiber content. They take longer to digest which means you'll feel hungry less often when you eat them. You'll also get the added advantage of B vitamins, iron and fiber which are not present in white bread, maida, and other refined cereals. So, include whole grains in your meals regularly and reduce the intake of refined cereals.
