Founder/ CEO – Manoj Kunisseri
He has 15 years of professional experience in Hospitality Industry in Domestic and International markets. He has worked across multiple service industries like Hotels & Restaurants, Hospitals and Consulting firms. He has worked  in USA, Australia, Switzerland, Dubai, apart from India with Hotel Chains like Novotel & Radisson. He has a thorough understanding of the Hospitality Industry. He has worked from back of the house to front of the house. He has also been part of 1996 Atlanta & 2000 Sydney Olympics as a Hospitality Employee. His knowledge is acquired from working across various categories of hotels ranging from business hotels to leisure hotels. Add to this the fact that he has widely travelled across the globe.

Currently he is also the Director of Pepper Restaurants Private Limited.

He has a passion to teach and hence is also associated with Management Institutes and organizations as a faculty / trainer. He is a Member faculty with National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN), actively promoting Entrepreneurship. He is also the founding member of the Entrepreneur cell at Acharya Institute of Management Sciences.

Satish Kumar – Chief Operations Officer (COO)
He has been in the Hotel and Restaurant Industry for Over 20 years. He has been associated with International Cruise Liners, Five Star Hotels and fine dining restaurant chains. He has the experience of setting up new ventures, been associated with The Leela- Mumbai, Barot Hotels, Siraj International- Bahrain, Uncle Beans Restaurants Pvt. Ltd, Shiok Far Eastern Cuisine, Ruby Tuesday during the project stages. He was associated with handling Catering Services during the Pope’s visit to India in 1986. He has extensive knowledge of all the aspects (including statutory) to set up new hospitality projects of any category of hotel/restaurant. His last held position before embarking on an entrepreneurship journey was that of Corporate F&B Manager for a Boutique Chain of Hotels in Bangalore.
